In good hands with us - kids & co runs over 20 daycare centres, arranges nannies and emergency nannies, organizes vacation programmes and advises parents on family management.

We support employees of member companies in balancing work and caregiving responsibilities. Through personal guidance and tailored support solutions, we assist families in challenging care situations.

Reconciling work and family life is our top priority at profawo and is something we live by every day.
profawo offers extended parental leave and subsidizes families' childcare costs. More valuable, however, is the high level of internal awareness that family sometimes demands flexibility. Enjoy your birthday! You will therefore be given the day off (according to your work quotalevel of employment).

Vacations & anniversary gift
In addition to the five weeks of vacation per year, you will even receive an additional week from the age of 50. Every five years we thank you and give you a sum of money or paid vacation on your work anniversary.
Don't think 5-6 weeks vacation is enough? No problem! With profawo you have the option of buying one or two additional weeks of vacation. Each additional week of vacation will cost you 2% of your annual salary (gross). -

Social benefits
profawo offers generous social benefits. For example, the association pays the entire costs for accident insurance (occupational and non-occupational accident - normally 50/50). Our employees are insured with the pension fund on a non-mandatory basis (better than the legal requirement).
