The Company Check allows you to assess the current status of the work and family care balance within a company department. This module includes an online survey that can be completed by a line manager or HR employee in a company department. Before completing the survey, the person receives a handout to clarify any questions. You will discover to what extent care & co issues are already addressed in the department, what measures are in place and where there is further potential for improvement.
