Corporate Care Survey

The survey collects anonymous, company-specific data from employees on various aspects, such as

• Number of employees in work & care situations along with responsibilities, job level and department
• Types of activities and level of private care
• Health and well-being of employees in care & co situations
• Skills gained from balancing care & co
• Social contacts, support, conflicts and stigmatisation in the workplace
• Socio-biographical and job-specific key data

After the event, you will understand the current status of balancing work and family care issues and gain important insights into where further optimisation may be needed.

The analysis and workshop are conducted with the support of the market and opinion research institute GFS Bern.
