- Social contacts, support, conflicts and stigmatisation in the workplace
- Socio-biographical and job-specific key data

After the event, you will understand the current status of balancing work and family care issues and gain important insights into where further optimisation may be needed.
The analysis and workshop are conducted with the support of the market and opinion research institute GFS Bern.

Workshop
The accompanying workshop is designed for managers, line managers and HR staff. You will be informed about the results of the Corporate Care Survey. Based on the results, existing solutions will be reviewed and enhanced, and new ideas will be developed.
