Frequently Asked Questions
-
Which companies would benefit from membership?
Thanks to our tiered pricing structure, membership is suitable for all types of businesses. We are particularly attractive to companies looking to gain a competitive edge in the race for skilled workers.
-
How is membership used internally?
To ensure that membership is put to good use, it requires a commitment from senior management, followed by effective, regular communication. Profawo compiles a newsletter approximately every six weeks featuring the latest news from the sector, which members can use directly for their internal communications. Once the service is established, word gets around and it is used independently. However, regular updates for managers are certainly helpful. Profawo acts like a call centre and independently handles its employees’ concerns.
-
Will there be any additional costs?
There are no additional costs for the company.
Employees cover the care costs. -
How quickly can services be accessed?
That depends on the size of your company. For businesses with up to 100 employees, we can usually be up and running within a few days. If we are entering a new region and/or the company has over 1,000 employees, we will need a maximum of a couple of weeks to organise the recruitment of support staff before we can begin. We would be happy to provide further information during a personal meeting.
